Construction works and building sites largely depend on earth moving equipments. Heavy machineries are used for building construction, material handling, and vehicle construction and for earthmoving purposes. Ray Davis Earthmoving equipments can be divided into six categories according to their work.
Different types of Ray Davis Earthmoving equipments:
• Ray Davis Earthmoving Excavators have long bucket armsand a pivoting cab to turn easily.
• Backhoe Loaders are equivalent to tractors. The adjustable shovel and the bucket on the front and back respectively, are the differing aspects from the original tractors. They can be mounted on tires and hence are most convenient in urban areas.
• Bulldozers, the strongest and the toughest equipments, are generally used to move large open tracts of land and dirt. A large, wide flat blade and two hydraulic pistons are the main components of these heavy equipments.
• Skid Steer Loadersare the most useful machines in finished areas. They are capable of turning their own footprints. They minimize the damage to the place by increasing traction and thereby reducing soil compaction. They are the best in confined areas, snow and muddy places.
• Trenchers help to dig trenches to lay pipes. Heavy trenchers are used to trench asphalt pavements. These trenchers are attached to a conveyor system so that excavated material can be carried out and laid next to the trench that is being constructed.
• Motor Graders deal with small quantity of dirt. These equipments are used to fine grade and to move them. This is done with their long adjustable blade that is capable of meeting all angles. In addition, with a second blade they are used for underground mining.
