Mulching Timber NSW helps to run profitable Mulching Business

Mulching Timber NSW collects timber waste, for example old fencing materials and wooden pallets, grind them and produce mulching products. People who enter into mulching business do that for two reasons. The first one is to prevent the usable timber from going into landfills. This is utter waste from the point of valuable natural resources and their rapid depletion from earth.

Instead of sending them to landfills and treating them as waste, people whoever comes across large quantity of timber waste dispose them to the timber recycling units or mulch production units. They can also earn money by selling timber waste.  The second reason is to create mulching timber NSW out of it.

•    After recycling the timber, the mulching is done with the particle size of 20 ml. This is the average size. Timber mulching as such is not so valuable, but when it is added with colours, it will become a product in high demand.
•    Colouring is done with mineral oxide dyes. Red and black are the colours used popularly.
•    This colouring will last up to 2 to 5 years. Only after that the colour will begin to fade. By the time, the garden or the landscape will also need a sort of renovation or freshen up.
•    In this process of colouring the timber chips in an effective manner, it is better to remove saw dust.
•    The saw dust thus removed is a new by-product that can also be sold successfully. It is used for animal bedding, especially for the poultry.
•    However, timber waste obtained from demolition is not used by timber mulching NSW in this process because it will be highly contaminated.
